dynfw: Make sure that the new client has higher priority

Just in case we run into conflict, make sure that the new client wins. Also make it possible to install just a new client.

Second part should help, the first one is a wild guess, not tested, but rebuilding the list should be fast and if it helps, it could be part of todays RC, otherwise it shouldn't make the situation any worse.
