Draft: Override default activity sysfs trigger in backend

led_activity is not aware of each board, so it tries to write activity to $sysfs/trigger which is not always correct, allow backends to override which triggers are used.

This fixes a failure when running for example rainbow all red activity on omnia

Draft, needs to be tested, this shows another bug - when trigger is omnia-mcu, invert doesn't exist.
