GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. While trying to add this to Weblate, I noticed that I can not import it as they exists two files for the same language.

According to http://people.skolelinux.org/pere/blog/Spr_kkoder_for_POSIX_locale_i_Norge.html We should be using nb_NO.
