Autostart should be explained

Currently, there is no information what autostart exactly does. Users have to enable it and then guess that they should check hours when it would measure connection parameters. I think it should be briefly explained before checking the checkbox. For example:

Enable Autostart to allow automatic measurement on specific daily hours that can be chosen.
