Temporarily fix DHCP start address

We have found a bug with the inability to save DHCP form's settings. (Unknown API Error)

The problem was mentioned in several issues (#203 (closed), #209 (closed), #189 (closed))

This MR temporarily fixes #203 (closed), while we are waiting for implementation on the backend turris/foris-controller/foris-controller#134 (closed)
