Prepare CertAPI to new style deployment

  • Include dotenv file(s)
  • Manage package installation through setup.py
  • Review package data (MANIFEST.in)
  • Review static file (to serve through webserver)
  • Let wsgi.py module on deployment

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
