Certgen fails if the output directory for mailpass does not exists

If the output directory (/etc/sentinel by default) does not exist, certgen generates a mailpass, but it fails to store it in a file.

Mailpass should create the output directory (or directories) for mailpass file or check its existence before mailpass generation process starts.
