Fix the code for SQLAlchemy 1.4

Since SQLAlchemy 1.4, queries doe s not work.

Pre-cached queries fails on:

  File "/var/www/uwsgi_sview/sview/data_helpers.py", line 18, in process_query
    result.append(dict(row.items()))
AttributeError: Could not locate column in row for column 'items'

The problematic line is v0.3.1:sview/data_helpers.py#L18
