Remove reForis style file and replace it with clean Bootstrap and HTTP alert

It is not a nice approach to use reForis style. Instead we should use clean bootstrap or at least our version. This replaces reForis style with clean Bootstrap v4.6.0 and adds additional tweaks to keep same style of login page.

This implements warning and opportunistic redirect part of turris/lighttpd-turris-auth#1. The suggestion and explanation are still missing.
