patches/openwrt: iwinfo: add device ID for Marvell 88W8997 and Atheros AR9287

One patch was rebased for OpenWrt 19.07 and compile tested, contents of the package (libiwinfo) verified - it was added there.

Fixes turris/turris-build#153

Note: In the merge commit for HBD, I will rebase it.
