The bandwidth plugin sometimes generates 0-speed bucket.

For some reason, a client sends (repeatedly) buckets with speed 0. This breaks the server code. However, it shouldn't be possible to generate this according to a fast look into the code (or, it seems to be the intention, at least). This must be some kind of corner-case.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
