HTTP minipot confuses users in LAN

HTTP minipot also intercepts connection attempts to port 80 of the router from LAN in cases when lighttpd is being restarted or didn't start at all for some reason. This confuses users and might lead to a credentials leak when the user is not aware about this feature. It is particularly annoying during the update step of Wizard, when lighttpd is restarted and polling in Foris triggers the authentication dialog.

Solution could be either disabling the minipots in LAN at all or make it a configuration choice (default off). If none if this is applicable, we must at least workaround the authentication dialog in Wizard.
