Use pyuci everywhere

Refactor get/set functions to generic get/set from EUci. Don't use undocumented and deprecated functions.

  • get_integer(), get_boolean -> get()
  • set_integer(), set_boolean -> set()

Also replace Uci with EUci elsewhere.

Complementary to updater#284 (closed)
