Draft: lib/uri_lua: append download error message on download fail
The download error reported on URI finish was handled by else branch that only printed the error that download failed. This reaches to the downloader for an error message in case of download fail. This should expand info available to users on download fail.
This should give us a little bit more info for turris/os/updater-lists#1 (moved).
