Proper cables

This patch set add a simple paragraph about proper cables (Cat. 5e or Cat 6). One version of the paragraph is shared between multiple pages. The other one is specific for MOX with only one Ethernet port (and is not shared).

It also removes unwanted white spaces from the first setup warning file.

Resolves #131 (closed).
