Suggestion to add meta tags for for more privacy and security to www/turris-webapps/index.html

My suggestion would be to add a line like

<meta name='robots' content='noindex,follow' />

or similar for more default privacy to /www/turris-webapps/index.html since I guess most Turris routers are in use at home and landing page for webapps must or or better should not be indexed in mist cases.
