Add prestage to GitLab CI/CD
This ensures that the builds are not failing on this instance even though while testing it on GitLab.com, it works working just fine. :)

Resolved by Aleksandr GumroianLooks good to me. The idea to have a pre-stage is really good. Lets' see if will work.

Resolved by Aleksandr GumroianI dropped the empty unreleased section. It should be introduced once there is something what is unreleased, so it is not empty.
