This is pretty old package that is no longer installed on any router in
TOS 4.0+.

Time synchronization is done now by openwrt script. It might not be
exactly this way but it does not seems to be needed anymore.

This is also somewhat weird. It updates RTC every hour. We have pretty
good RTC chips with small time drift. This is definition of overkill.

This drops shell scripts provided that were part of package and instead
uses python generated entrypoints. This fixes some minor issues such as
program name being reported as __main__.pyc instead of notify-cli. It is
also systematic and supported approach compared to previous state.

Kernel 4.19 differenciates between different possible modes of Turris
board. In default we build device tree with NAND.

This is incompatible with 4.14.

This list contains a lot of various packages that are not directly
usable by user. Advance knowledge is required to use them and some of
them just goes against the others. This means that we are not officially
supporting everything provided by that list. It is just collection of
tools potentially required for NAS like usage.

This makes sense as it contains kernel and in general is bootable root.
It makes it so that u-boot can look for bootable parition.

We need compass to be present on system. It was previously provided by
hacked ruby package but this commit instead uses upstream ruby package
and instead introduces package for compass.
