When adding a zone, the zone reload option in Knotc doesn't seem to support it
When knot was running normally, I added a zone file and added it to knot. conf, and then used knot to execute zone reload, but the result was not quite accurate.
knot.conf:
server:
listen: 0.0.0.0@53
listen: ::@53
zone:
- domain: example.com
storage: /var/lib/knot/zones/
file: example.com.zone
- domain: test.com
storage: /var/lib/knot/zones/
file: test.com.zone
log:
- target: stdout
any: info
knotc:
./knotc -s /usr/local/var/run/knot/knot.sock -f zone-reload test.com
the knotd shows "no such zone found":
2024-01-03T20:06:50+0800 info: [test.com.] control, received command 'zone-reload'
2024-01-03T20:06:50+0800 error: [test.com.] control, error (no such zone found)
So when adding a zone, must we use reload instead of the zone reload option to successfully add it?
