GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. By default, notice level is set. Thus, if users want to use log() in the
same way as pre-5.4, they'd have to increase the log level. This bumps
the log level of log() function to keep the same behavior.
