These files did not have GNU GPL v3 boilderplate in them so
I've added machine readable tag with appropriate license.

This decreases the amount of timeouts, which become SERVFAILs instead.
Overall, this results in more valid answers.

IPv6 isn't currently supported in our Docker image and using
it during resolution leads to a larger amount of timeouts.

All resolvers are configured as recursors (no forwarding).
We should extend testing so we can test recursion and forwarding at the
same time.

List of queries is taken dynamically from
https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/knot/knot-resolver/snippets/69
This will likely change in future.

The test will fail if mismatch rate >= 1 %.
This is error margin for network instability and few possibly broken upstreams
in the test list.
