manager: ci: add missing integration tests to the CI

After integration of repositories and after fixing the CI in !1249 (merged), manager's integration tests started by poe integration are not running within the CI.

Our old integration tests will be soon superseded by packaging tests, so we don't really need them anymore. We'd be only loosing the ability to easily run the tests locally. (For now... With the switch to supervisord from systemd, running the packaging tests locally should be relatively easy.)
