lua log(): make it work again

sandbox.lua:72: attempt to call global 'log_notice' (a nil value)

Damn, how come that we didn't test the function at all? Fortunately, at that point it was already eliminated from all our code, so hopefully the impact was rather low.

I was lucky that some of my temporary testing configs still used it.
