GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

This includes https://github.com/CZ-NIC/knot-resolver/pull/108 and should stop automatic 'go.mod' changes from annoying us, at least for now. Seems to be working with go 1.17, 1.19, and 1.21.

Draft status: Currently not working with our Debian 11 CI. I think we should just update it.
