WIP: fix and regenerate lua bindings

In particular this removes kr_zonecut_find_nsname() which was added in 45e38b3d without any usage or even implementation.

I forgot the commit to add the implementation in !551 (merged), I'll add it separately then (it's for triggering policies when sending query to a NS name).

This MR is integrated in !608 (merged), closing to avoid need to rebase.
