hints docs: unify the descriptions of `hints.root()`

Side note

I don't really agree with the "rule of thumb" tip below, but I just left it for now. I see it as a trade-off between speed and resiliency to problems, and for the root zone speed doesn't seem to be important, due to very long TTLs.
