CI: add nix for apkg and kresd

Right now the CI script is rather ugly, but it seems to work. Anyway, we probably want to wait for:

• knot/knot-resolver!1189 (merged)
• inclusion of apkg in official NixPkgs (waiting for apkg release?), as that should help to reduce the ugliness in both CIs

I found a different approach, so inclusion into NixPkgs only makes a simple difference of one NIX_PATH line, and now the CI script is a bit less ugly.

@jruzicka: I can't retarget schedules (only play or create them), but based on previous CI runs it should succeed.

The added CI is slightly hacky, but I expect it will be sufficiently reliable.
