GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. This MR changes several parts:

Allow switching between wired and wireless interfaces for WAN, but so far only single WAN interface is supported - either one wired or one QMI modem.
Adapt fetching QMI modems and new wireless WAN options in "networks" module.
Add option to set timeout for synchronous external command - some QMI modems tends to hang on fetching data from modem, so do not let that stop foris-controller too.
