Forwarders are listed in /tmp/resolv.conf.auto
and we want to see them as well.

Root key is not a sensitive information and it is easier
to work with raw data instead of MD5 hash.

uci show resolver displays data for both resolvers at once
and show kresd/unbound does nothing.

The idea is to use kernel NIC trigger for LED. The sfpswitch for
TurrisOS has to disable LED functionality.

Fix typos in seldomly-used method calls.

Add support for user-forced mode in sfpswitch daemon.
Interface has to be restarted ony in case when the interface
is already up and when the mode has really changed.

      when the module finishes <directory>.preparing/<module_name>.out.preparing
      is renamed to <directory>.preparing/<module_name>.out. When all
      modules are finished <directory>.preparing is renamed to <directory>
