Invalid configuration of gst1-plugins-base package for some reason
results in to the whole build failure so we instead just try to disable
whole gstreamer for Turris 1.x. It does not compile anyway.

Missing libgd breaks build

This reverts commit 6afae896.

With this change lxc-create complains about legacy configuration keys
for repo.turris.cz and images.linuxcontainers.org.
However, images.linuxcontainers.org doesn't work as there is invalid
signature for it, but repo.turris.cz works with SSL.

This might be just a temporary solution.

I can build it locally just fine, but first libgd needs to be compiled.
Hopefully, this patch will fix it.

We foundout why these weird dependencies are there. That is because
dependencies are resolved for whole package not just for specified build
package. This results to build of all python versions even if only one
of them in reality is needed. These dependencies mask that and ensure
that if package is going to be build that its python version is skipped.

It does not compile and on Turris it seems that it is compiled against
hwmon-core module. I might add that dependency for turris but if it is
just one module we can safely disable it for test.

Userlists are now named as pkglists and are required bu
updater-ng-supervisor so no problem with drop there.

There is no more Install commands for pkglists alone because it is
dependency of updater-ng-supervisor and that is dependency of
foris in proxy. This means that Foris it self pulls pkglists in.
