This code was causing problems with packages not being removed because
they were held on place by localization package. This reverts it to a
approach where we specify language packages only if we add request for
package it self.

gcc-multilib is required on host for compiling luajit.
If it is not installed, luajit fails with this error:

fatal error: bits/libc-header-start.h: No such file or directory

We use Luajit for Knot Resolver, Suricata.

It was merged by maintainer into OpenWrt 18.06

stat and diff are base utilitites that are required by even core files
such as /etc/rc.common so they should be part of base-minimal
installation.

There is a problem with switching away from kmod-ath10k-ct on Mox as
kmod-ath10k provide ct variant but not the other way around. This fixes
that and allows users to switch no non-ct drivers while ensuring that at
least one driver is installed and on Mox the ct one is default one.

This drops patch that is backport of uClibc fix from upstream. We
already have that in our new version.

This is incompatible with 4.14 so we revert it. This allows us to still
have same package but just with this small change.

Mozilla decided to remove packages from OpenWrt 19.07 and master

This reverts commit 32ed9304.

Badly rebased

This reverts commit that drops our own version of ruby and replaces it
with upstream one instead. It introduces separate packages for
breakpoints and compass.
We do not want to do such big change in 4.0 any more so instead this is
being reverted here. We should drop this patch with 4.1.
