Only the new tag should be pushed to the remote.

It was discovered that reForis and its dependencies which are getting
pulled by npm has issues with node version 18 (which is not LTS, btw.),
so reForis is compiled but without CSS, JS files.

Let's downgrade node to version 16, which is LTS instead of using
bleeding edge.

It was decided that we should carry this files as they are not required
in OpenWrt.

This was fixed properly in Linux kernel and it was backported to 5.4.
