The same patch was applied by someone else in upstream

Even OpenWrt 18.06 should be feature frozen and receive just security updates together with bug fixes, but there was added rpcbind.

Upstream disabled requirement for libbsd so we can drop this patch.

This makes old version to be same as our up to now but it should not
break anything and I epxect that our build bumper is going to bump it
because ABI will be different.

This is new format of repositories and it cleans little bit an idea
about what is authoritative hash we are going to use when we are tagging
new releases.

This is part of migrate3x.lua script now.

Upstream might have fixed this in:

This is more appropriate naming for Turris 1.x routers because otherwise
just plain turris is confusing.

Lists were moved to same subdirectory as packages and packages and board
directories order is now flipped.

These are temporally lists to redirect previous versions of updater to
correct locations.
