This should not have been there. This leaked from testing.

Minimal packages are build with different configuration and they can
break stuff so let's not use this approach.

This modifies basic script to use server specific bootstrap script.

This macro should be used only in sections protected by FEATURE_GUARD.
This means that we do not have to handle backward compatibility for

Ups this won't work because exports are exported only to lower scripts
not back up so it can't be in separate file.

This patch was pinpointed to possible cause problem of SFP module to not
be brought up at all.

Foris does not know from which country Prague is so it uses additional
option to specify that it is from Czech Republic. In default it was not
provided so Foris was not showing default setting correctly. This should
fix that and Prague is now set as default location.

Omnia macs are set by u-boot so we do not need update_mac script and
new version of that script does not work correctly on Omnia as it has
lan0-4 and not lan1-5 as on Turris 1.x.
