Busybox wget implementation doesn't implement ssl verification. Either
package adding support for ssl to busybox implementation or wget it self
have to be installed. Let's choose full wget.

Services are automatically activated in Openwrt in default when new
package is installed. This limits this to only few selected ones listed
in /etc/services_wanted.

Patch was placed incorrectly.

We should upstream this patch because it really doesn't make sense to
have device with only root account and ssh set to not allow root.

We can also drop fix for missing setenv as this is now dependency of
luci-lighttpd.

Majordomo is obsoleted and 4.0 is ideal time to drop it completely.

When we are updating to 4.0 and doing replan it ends in loop of always
reinstalling updater and immediately replanning.
