This patch caused a regression on Mox Peridot-Topaz configuration.
This is a temporary solution.

This package provides init service that should be automatically
activated and package it self should be installed on Turris MOX only.

The reason is that Turris MOX is broken with this patch.

Driver for DSA switch chip was enabled but DSA it self was not. This
commit enables it as well.

This should fix the Omnia bug when system restarts if no PCIe cards are
connected.

There were two patches in patches/openwrt/to-upstream directory that
were fixes of hack patch. Those of course should not be send to upstream
and should be part of that specific patch. This commit merges those
patches to that patch.

Kernel compilation on mvebu is broken without this patch.
