configs/common/busybox: Enable $RANDOM

This is common on almost all shells so why not enable in ash as well.

I'd prefer if we can improve the commit message.

For example:

This enables pseudorandom generator and dynamic variable "$RANDOM". It will be quite useful and we wouldn't need to come with something crazy.

Otherwise, yeah. Let's enable it.
