easycwmp: Add package to test TR-069 integration

I need this merged somewhere, build and published so customer can play with it - aka at the moment I need it build and published somewhere where customer can easily switch to and the branch/published repo will not disappear/break for some time (likely a month or so, then we will hopefully need to merge it into distribution).

No idea what publicly available branches we have and don't want to step on somebody toes, so feel free to decide how to get this done.
