kernel: Fix configuration

Some kernel modules paths and dependencies were wrong, probably caused by backporting 5.15 kernel. Fixing it so we can build and test again. Compile and run tested for Turris Omnia.

BTW: The commit subject is wrong
Nitpick: The commit description should contain Fixes: and as well it could be much better, but I would be satisfied if the commit subject is improved.

updater-lists/hack/0001-Hack-for-Marvell-switches.patch also has to be dropped since we no longer have separate kmod-dsa-mv88e6xxx since c1f6a9fd

resolved all threads

The mox CI failure is unrelated and I think we can fix it later. lgtm after addressing @jschlehofer's feedback
