Make it compliant with recent standards

Add introspect module

Build delendency is not on exact package but rather package group in
makefile. That means that although package is named gettext-tools the
makefile package we need to build is gettext-full to get it.

SSBackup in current state are obsolete and incompatible with current
router functionality.

Dependent package was dropped so we should drop this one as well.

Add date and time of reports

 * reForis v0.6.0.
 * diagnostics v2.2.0.
 * OpenVPN v1.1.0.

Also fosquitto package indentation was improved.

This separates foris-controller, reForis and Foris to separate
directories to not have single hude one.

Update copyright
Remove PKG_BUILD_DIR

This is now new format chosen by upstream. We should stay consistent
with upstream master. To support stable (18.06/TOS 4.x) as well we have
to patch TOS 4.x to also use this target style.
