need to change handling of dependence.

The way python host dependencies are handled changed in upstream. So we
need to drop HOST_PYTHON3_PACKAGE_BUILD_DEPENDS variables and specify
the packages in proper depends variables as package_name/host.

User could also have 3g card installed and configured - do nothing in
such case. Same as with modemmanager or qmi. Also in some old setups,
networks in firewall configuration were not a list, but space
separated values. Making sure we can handle that correctly.

Output of quota format in Btrfs progs changed, so we need to adapt
Schnapps as well.

New package that tries to automatically configure attached modem.

The gnupg package used by schnapps was missing as dependence in
makefile. Force the script to use gpg1 to prevent failure of the
script if gpg2 is installed (for more info check patch description).

file:// is an alias for local://

Apart from that adding example options into uci config to show how to

Turris-netboot has custom prepare section that omitted patching the
sources. Fixing it now so we can actually apply the fix we have so far
as a patch.

With new kernel, we need to obtain MOX serial in a different way. This
patch implements it. There is a longer patch series, that adds some
features and fixes other problems, but we need to fix this issue faster.

schnapps creates a snapshot before and after every update and includes
the Turris OS version there, but sometimes the Turris OS version does not
contain enough information.

For example when switching between hbk, hbs and crashlab (based on hbk),
I would like to immediately see where I should rollback if I want to go to
an older snapshot of hbk.

Relative path to tar in config-backup.sh leads to calling busybox tar
instead of gnu tar and crashing on unsupported -r option.

This reverts change to relative tar path from
71d77edf in favour of using
current Turris OS absolute path.

config-restore.sh script was updated accordingly to maintain consistency.

Export based on improved rules:
- 10k records
- disregard shorter than 6 characters
   - reForis does not allow less than 6 characters
