foris-controller: Add wip bare profile

Temporalliy add as patches bare profile and how it is supposed to work. Official discussion is taking place in the following merge requests:

turris/foris-controller/foris-controller!37 (merged) turris/foris-controller/foris-controller!38 (closed)

To be able to test the integration and work with it further, sending as a patch now to be dropped once all code polihing will be done in merge requests mentioned above.
