Update settings fails to save due to changes in router_notifications

With the latest changes in router_notifications (ntfy), saving settings on the Update page in reForis fails.

I've made a little bit of investigation and it's due refactoring of update_reboot_settings where reForis is leaning on that action.

Now the POST request on /api/updates failes with 400 - Bad Request status code and this FC_error.html.
