Update README

Josef Schlehofer requested to merge update-readme into master

In Makefile, there is no such variable ROUTER_PYTHON. Because it was removed in this commit 3a673a77 and replaced with better solution, where it uses python3.

Also, I noticed that there was said that MOX is not supported on ReForis, which is not true. I added there Turris Shield as well.

BTW: Guys, is reForis production ready or not? You should update your README, but I leave that on you.
