treewide: remove mention about Modem Turris

Modem Turris was experimental DSL modem as replacement to DSL boxes provided by ISP however most of those ISP are using cables from CETIN and CETIN has optimalizations for their modems in their network. We had just a few pieces and with Turris OS 5.2 we terminated this support, so it does not make sense to mention it anymore.
