GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Plugin history: Store history of active plugins

In addition to keeping the current state in active_plugins, log the
history of changes into plugin_history. These tables are related in a
way that the last event for given client and plugin shall correspond to
the current state in active_clients.
