GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Check backslash in fake telnet username or password

It seems backslashes pose a problem for the psycopg2 library sometime. Check what happens if the user provides backslash in one of the fields.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

The problem was there.

I accidentally pushed the fix directly into master. I haven't deployed it yet, I'd like to ask for review of a7677b32.
