Draft: Changed URL for CZ.NIC GitLab (registry, pages, etc.)

1st commit: CZ.NIC GitLab was moved from gitlab.labs.nic.cz to gitlab.nic.cz reflect this change even there is redirected to ensure that it will not be removed in the future. This affects also GitLab pages.

2nd commit: change registry URL
