Shield factory reset / rescue modes

There are factory reset guides (for rescue modes respectively) for various device but not for Shield. It is performed similarly to MOX but there are some differences which should be documented. Some parts of the documentation can be shared between MOX and Shield.

Originally suggested in #72 (closed) but not yet written.
