Insufficient documentation in rescue-modes.md for factory reset

Given that you need 3 hands (holding the device, switching power on/off and pressing the reset button) and 2 heads to watch the device from the front- and backside, at least the documentation should be clarified:

1. Improve legibility by moving the 3rd (button) column next to the first (MOX LED) column
2. Clarify if blinking is continuous or a single blink
3. Make an example also for factory reset.

If factory reset of this device is a once-in-a-lifetime experience it should be made easy.

Also, please consider to implement a 30-30-30 reset (or why not just a simple 30 sec pressing) for fatcory reset.
